250 acres of Kentucky bluegrass and the art of celebratory times.

For generations, Augustus Hill has been a working horse farm — its pastures grazed by thoroughbreds, its renovated stables built by artisans. Today, we open the gates to a small number of families each season, for weddings and gatherings.

The drive winds past quiet ponds, ancient trees, and open meadows.

Guests arrive along a private mile of curving lane, past three spring-fed ponds and the century-old stone quarry. It is, by design, a slow approach — an unhurried hand-off from the world outside.

An evening beneath sailcloth
and starlight.

Rising above the southwest lawn, a handcrafted sailcloth pavilion becomes the heart of the celebration—framed by linen, garden roses, candlelight, and the soft glow of fireflies beyond the tent.

Restored stables crafted with reclaimed antique timber—where guests gather for cocktails, meet the thoroughbreds, dance late into the night, and retreat for quiet conversation.
